Surah al-Alaq ayah 19
Kalla laa tuti' hu wa'sjud wa iqtarib
No! Do not obey him! Prostrate yourself and draw near (to Allah)

This verse urges the Prophet not to listen to Abu Jahl and to go on worshiping his Lord whenever he wished, and to seek nearness to Allah through prostration. The Prophet, according to a hadith, said, "A slave is nearest to his Lord while prostrating. So he should supplicate Allah in prostration
