Surah al-Alaq ayah 15

Kalla la in lam yantahi la nasfa'an bi an-nasiyah

Nay! If he does not stop, We will catch him by the forelock

On the Day of Judgment, Allah will catch him by his forelock and on that, no one will come forward to his rescue
