Surah al-Aadiyat ayah 7
Wa inna hu ala dhalika la shahid
And he is a witness to that

Then the verse says that man himself is witness to it, and his ingratitude is evident from his words and acts as the Quran says in another place "They witness against their ownselves of disbelief" (Surah at-Tawba ayah 17). It can also be taken to mean that Allah is a witness to it
