Surah ad-Duha ayah 7
Wa wajadaka dallan fa hada
And He found you unaware and guided you
The following is an excerpt of commentary on this ayah:
Another favor that Allah bestowed upon His prophet is that he was astray and Allah guided him to the Straight Path. At another place Allah said, "You knew not what is the Scripture or what is faith, but We have made it [the Quran] a light with which We guide whom We will of Our slaves" (Surah ash-Shura ayah 5)
