Surah ad-Duha ayah 2
W'al-layli idha saja
And the night when it darkens
The following is an excerpt of commentary on this ayah:
These phenomena prove the power of creation of Allah the All-mighty. At other places also Allah calls to evidence these phenomena, for instance, "By the night as it envelops and the day as it appears in brightness" (Surah al-Layl ayat 1-2)
