Quran 30:22:

And from His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the variations among your languages and your colors. Surely in that are signs for the knowers.

In 49:13, the Quran tells us that God created people of different groupings (nations, tribes, genders) so that people can learn from each other's differences and that the best is the most righteous, not because they belong to a particular group (or race).

In his last sermon, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also said:

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action.
