Profiles of Some Anti-Zionist Jews

On the meaning of "Anti-Zionist": If Zionism today means Greater Israel, not only am I a post-Zionist, I am an anti-Zionist. If Zionism is Netzarim and Kiryat Arba, I am an anti-Zionist. I do not accept the type of Zionism that took Judaism, with all its dazzling beauty, and turned it into the worship of trees and stones. When I look around today, my feeling is that Netzarim has become an altar, God has become a Moloch and our children have become sacrifices: human sacrifices to terrible idol worship. - Avrum Burg, former Speaker of the Knesset

Human Rights Reports on Israel

Here in America, we are well aware of the Palestinian suicide bombers and of other acts of violence and terrorism by Palestinians (to read about why Islam actually forbids violence against civilians, please see What Islam Really Says About Killing the Innocent). These are the acts of extremists who are hijacking the Palestinian cause. The articles I have linked to above, I hope will show you (God willing) that the Palestinian cause itself is just, not only as viewed by the Palestinians themselves but also as viewed by many thoughtful Western journalists, Jews, and Israelis. These articles have made mention of human rights violations against the Palestinian people, by the state of Israel. Now in this section I have provided some links to reports of human rights organizations like Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch to verify these claims. This is not to deny human rights violations by Palestinians, but rather to bring to light the actions of Israel that they are responding to. Reports on Palestine are easy to find; reports on Israel are not and that is why I am providing these links as a resource.
