Dennis Kucinich Campaign

By Anny Hong

Eugene -
Dennis Kucinich made a stop in Eugene Sunday, as his trek through Oregon continues.

Kucinich spoke to a standing room crowd only at Lane Community College Sunday. He resolves to march on the campaign trail in spite of the fact that John Kerry will be the Democratic nominee. He believes Oregon is pivotal in the upcoming election.

"This state has the opportunity to be the conscience of the Democratic party, by stating the direction the Democrats should go in order to win in November," Kucinich said.

Kucinich made a stop in Roseburg Sunday at 7p.m. to speak at the Douglas County library.
