Presidential candidate returning to islands

By Associated Press

Hawaii voters will get a second chance to hear from Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich.

The Ohio congressman is scheduled to make four appearances tomorrow -- two on Oahu and one each on Maui and the Big Island.

Kucinich visited Hawaii in October, making his the only presidential candidate to campaign in the state.

The second visit is scheduled to coincide with the state Democratic caucuses on Tuesday.

Kucinich is scheduled to attend a rally in his honor at 4:30 p-m at the University of Hawaii West Oahu Campus. At 6 p-m, he's to speak and answer questions at Studio One -- an art gallery/poetry reading place at the corner of Nuuanu Avenue and King Street.

Kucinich is then slated to fly to the Garden Island for an 8 p-m appearance at the Maui Community College Student Lounge. He'll then travel to the Big Island to talk with voters at 9 p-m at the Ka Huina Art Gallery in Hilo.
