Message from campaign manager Dot Maver

Dear Kucitizens,

In the last several months, we have been witness to a powerful movement--one driven not by money or polls, but by people. Now we arrive at a new beginning. The tireless work and countless hours spent canvassing, tabling, making phone calls, and spreading Dennis' vision of hope will be amplified as citizens go to the polls in our nation's capital.

You all have taken this movement from a whisper in the hearts of Americans to a booming voice that cannot be silenced or ignored. Our friends and neighbors, relatives and co-workers, teachers and leaders are joining with Dennis to break down the barriers that have divided our nation for too long. In the coming weeks, we will continue to be tested in Iowa, New Hampshire, and other states. But through these trials, the strength of this movement will be shown and our support will only grow.

As the media and competing campaigns draw their own conclusions, we must keep our focus. We will not be discouraged. We know the candidate and the issues for which we advocate promise real change. I am asking you all to renew your commitment, continue to bring more people into this movement, contribute as much time and money as you can, and let us continue to work together to bring hope back to all Americans. As each primary and caucus passes, I ask you to look forward, pass on what you have learned, pledge your full energy to the places and people that need it, and know that this is OUR time.

Let us go forward now! Get out the vote! And get out the word: Dennis Kucinich will LIFT up America!

In the spirit of cooperation,

Dot
