Candidate Kucinich has formed a committee of three community leaders to assist him in addressing key issues in urban areas:

Ohio State Senator CJ Prentiss is a well-known advocate of educational opportunity. Senator Prentiss wrote the educational agenda for the National Black Caucus of State Legislators and leads the African American Women's Agenda Group in Cuyahoga County.

James Crosby is publisher of black-owned newspaper, City News (Cleveland).

Michael Nelson is a highly-regarded attorney and president of "100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland."
