House Parties for Peace

The Kucinich campaign is encouraging volunteers to host house parties for peace in honor of International Peace Day on September 21:

A Peace Day House Party is a great opportunity to build awareness in your community about peace and Dennis Kucinich's candidacy. There are just three easy steps to follow, so. . . Download, Read, Invite, and Go For It!

Step One:
Download the Master House Party Packet.
Click To Download

Step Two:
Start inviting folks. Call up friends, neighbors, folks you work with, associates in other organizations.

Step Three:
Send an email to houseparty@kucinich.us and provide:
a) your contact information, including: name, snail mail address, email address and phone number.
b) a list of the materials you need. You will automatically receive 10 each of various campaign materials, contribution envelopes, the "This is the Moment," video and Lynn Twist's and Lynn Twist’s awesome video, “Fundraising from the Heart.”

A few housekeeping details: Please download and review the “The Money Rules”.

In order to comply with federal election laws, all contributions must be sent within 24 hours to the National Headquarters in Cleveland.

We also ask that you return the sign-in sheet, completed evaluation forms to the National office in Cleveland.

Let us know how you did. Post notes with your questions, successes and great stories. We set up a forum for you here. This kit is a work in progress and is constantly being updated, based on your input, ideas, suggestions. And thank you again for your support of Dennis Kucinich for President. Together, we will transform America.
