show all comments by an author

Update 3/26: In place of girlie's script, I'm using this variation by Lynda of So Very Posh. It encodes the author's email address. I had been hiding it with the MTObfuscate plugin but I didn't feel very comfortable about making it even that visible.

This is something I added awhile back but forgot to post about over here at the tips blog. It's a functionality I've wanted for a long time. Girlie has a PHP script that will create a page listing all comments by any comment author. You can link to this in your comments display and pass the commentor's name and email address to the script (see update above).

I'm already listing the number of comments by each commentor using the CommentLeaders plugin, so I hyperlinked this number to the all comments script.

This is slightly off-topic, but I'm in too desperate a mood to care.

Can you tell me how to get all the "stuff" -- archive list, blogroll, MT acknowledgement, etc. -- to be in a right hand column instead of at the end of the page? Movable Type doesn't provide any alternatives to their default for the main index template, and I can't figure out how to move the stuff.

If you could answer, I will worship you forever.
