display a list of links you've recently mentioned

The Links Mentioned plugin is a quick and easy way to generate a list of links you have recently mentioned in your blog entries. The plugin checks to see whether or not the links are still valid then pulls the original page title to use in the list. This last feature is helpful if you tend to write things like "check this out" in your blog entries, where "this" is the hyperlink.

I've added a links mentioned list to the Al-Muhajabah's Islamic Blogs main index page since that's a good place for a general overview. I called it "quick reference".

Note: I later removed this because it was slowing down my rebuilds while it checked for page titles.
