neatening up content separators

My daily archive pages are pretty straight-forward. I use the same "posted by" tagline as on the index pages of the blog. I differentiate the entries with their category icons.

One useful trick that I do make use of is the Glue plugin.

The reason that this plugin was created is that if you want to separate multiple posts with a horizontal rule or some other marker, the separator will appear at the bottom of the last post, which just doesn't look right. The Glue plugin makes sure that the separator only appears between posts and not after the last one or before the first one.

This is another of those plugins that just makes your blog look a little nicer.
