add spell-checking in comments

The Speling plugin (yes, the name is misspelled, deliberately) allows you to use the comment preview function for spell-checking. This is not the same as live comment preview. It's the built-in comment preview function that MT has.

I don't think that anybody actually uses my comment preview function, especially since I have live comment preview, so I renamed the "preview" button "spell-check". I don't know if anybody uses it this way either, but what the heck.

When you click the preview (or, "spell-check" on my system) button, the Speling plugin will check the comment for misspelled words and suggest corrections. It's supposed to mark the misspelled words in red in the preview but I can't get that to work and some other users have reported the same problem.

This is really in the way of another advanced feature you can offer your visitors if they choose to take advantage of it.
