Six Apart has come out with a major upgrade of Movable Type, version 3.2. It looks like there are tons of new features to play around with. I didn't do any beta testing, since I just haven't had time, although I've had a chance to use it a bit for work. So there will be lots of fun coming up!

I got here by following a search for "throttle MT 3.2", because I have the Real Comment Throttle plug-in, which you mention here, on my 2.6 installation. I am looking to start another blog with 3.2. Do you still have throttling working on your blog now? It seems they only mention it working with 3.1
