Hello,
I was wondering if you could answer a question for me regarding upgrades. I currently have version 3.15 and want to upgrade to 3.16. My current method of upgrading is to download the new version, then upload everything to the appropriate location on my server. Is this correct? Is there a faster way to implement an upgrade?
Many thanks!

Hi,
Yes, that's the way to upgrade. Hopefully, Six Apart will come up with a faster or better way in the future.
I hope this helps.

One thing: if you're doing a minor point upgrade, DON'T upload the new extlib directory. The new extlibs may well be incompatible with your blog, particularly your database. (I've messed up an upgrade in the past for this reason, and it wasn't always made clear.)
