The BBC reports that honor killings may be increasing among Palestinians. Al-Jazeera reports on a rally by Palestinian women demanding stricter laws against honor killings.

Honor killings are forbidden in Islam. And it's not just a "Muslim" issue:

Last week, a Palestinian Christian confessed to murdering his 20-year-old daughter in Ramallah after she married a Muslim without his consent.
