two years of blogging

Date: May 26, 2004 | 5 Rabi al-Akhir 1425 Hijriah
Subjects: blogs
I managed to miss it by two days, but this blog is now two years old. I started blogging on May 24, 2002. A lot has happened in that time, and there's been more than once that I wondered if it was worth continuing (it's the comment trolls that I've always had the hardest time dealing with), but I'm still here, al-hamdulillah.

Assalamu Alaikum Sister smile

I accidently came into your webpage more than one and half year back and got introduced to your blog. Still now I enjoy your writings, as it helped me a lot to understand Islam.

Ofcourse, blogging by you is worth continuing. You are an inspiration to me and many others.

May Allah give you more patience and knowledge to share with others.

Thanks for keeping it up all this time. You provide an interesting bridge between cultures, and I've learned a lot from reading your site.

As if it wasn't enough that you're doing plenty of offline political outreach work, fighting apathy wherever you go. Thanks for all of it, it's appreciated.

Hey al-M, OT but I ran across this link to a Hadiths database, from USC. Poked around thru your sites and didn't see the reference so thought I'd pass it along.
