I'm educating myself and hope to help educate others, in however small a way, through my online activities. I'm also making connections, both online and off, with people who share my goals and values so that we can work together for change. My political involvement is one example of this.Subject: Re: Imagine the America you want to live in #12
Hello? Anybody there? I can't believe that nobody is doing anything to create optimism and a better future. Don't be shy! Post a comment and share what you're doing!Subject: Re: Imagine the America you want to live in #12
Sallam, my intention has been to apply the qualities of our Prophet, peace be upon him, to my being and my actions. As a sufi, I am doing this by emulating my Shaykh. What better way to look forward to Ramadan, than to practise softeness, trustworthiness, forgiveness, love and unity? By striving to see Allah's Unity in everything I immeadiatly become optimistic. I do not worry about the future of my country, (per se), because the future belongs to Allah. May Allah bless the work you do here. keep it up. Asallam alaykum HU, kevin germain
