I refuse to do IQ tests now *grumble*. Once upon a time I was pretty convinced that Hubby and I were about the same in intelligence level, although I knew he had an aptitude for maths that I don't have. Then we did this national test that was put on Australian telly and he got twenty points more than me!!! Ever since then, I'm not game to do any more IQ tests as my one excuse was that I was coming down off pregnancy hormones at the time and the IQ test had lots of maths in it. If I did another one and it confirmed how much higher he is than me (he did the Emode one) I would just be depressed.Subject: Re: IQ test
If you follow the trackback on this entry, you'll see a good point made by Ken Hagler. These tests don't measure intelligence so much as they measure knowledge. This test in particular requires knowledge of math and certain cultural phrases and ideas. So don't let it get you down.And if the hubby says anything, just give this response:
