Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah,Mabrouk alaiki for completing your internship, and may Allah Ta'aala grant you success and allow you to make much da'awa wherever you go. I hope your coworkers learned a great deal about the deen and about hijab and niqab, and have come to a good solid understanding incha'allah.
I miss academic life...and niqab subhanallah. Make du'a for me that I can have both...

As-salaamu alaykum,Thanks, Zafira, Thebit, and Libre.
I hope that the major accomplishment I have made in the field of da'wah is that my fellow students and my co-workers at the internship learned that a niqabi Muslim, who seems so foreign, can also be a nice person and a good friend, a hard worker and responsible team member, and someone who shares many of their interests and values, especially a desire for justice and a passion for helping those less fortunate.
I have been extremely blessed in being able to make many friends at school and at my internship and to have very positive relationships with my instructors and supervisors.
Inshallah, they will now have a much more positive impression of Muslims and Islam than they did before they met me and will be open to learning more about both.
If I have indeed accomplished this, it is a great mashallah and gift from Allah SWT and is by His will alone.
I pray that He will guide all of us to truth and aid us in serving Him and in leaving the world a better place than we found it. Ameen.
W'as-salaam alaykum
