down with telemarketers!

The only thing that annoys me more than all the spam I get by email is phone calls from telemarketers. It's so intrusive. Spam can be ignored, a ringing phone can't, even if I let the answering machine take it.

I signed up with the National Do Not Call Registry in the hopes that the number of calls I receive from telemarketers may decrease someday. Inshallah.

Note: As you can guess, the website is being deluged with visitors. If you can't get in or can't register your phone number, try again later.

My state (Mass) launched it's own Do Not Call registry back in April or so. I've been on it since it went online, and it's nice. I still get a call every so often, but it's far less than normal.
