Palestinians on Thursday buried Hamed al-Masri, the second child to be shot dead by Israeli gunfire in three days in Rafah, a flashpoint of violence between militants and soldiers deployed along the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt. On Monday, a toddler was shot dead from an Israeli army watchtower as he struggled from his father's arms to catch a balloon, the father said. The army said it was returning fire.(from Reuters AlertNet - Palestinians bury another child shot dead in Gaza)
