Killing of children is an abomination, whoever does it

Date: November 21, 2002 | 16 Ramadan 1423 Hijriah
Subjects: condemn, terrorism
As we rightly condemn the killing of children by a Palestinian suicide bomber (see end of this post), let us also remember to condemn the killing of children by an Israeli soldier:

Palestinians on Thursday buried Hamed al-Masri, the second child to be shot dead by Israeli gunfire in three days in Rafah, a flashpoint of violence between militants and soldiers deployed along the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt. On Monday, a toddler was shot dead from an Israeli army watchtower as he struggled from his father's arms to catch a balloon, the father said. The army said it was returning fire.
(from Reuters AlertNet - Palestinians bury another child shot dead in Gaza)

There is absolutely no justification for these actions on either side. Those who have targeted and killed children will face the wrath of Allah SWT in the next world.
