Antiterrorism's Lengthly History and Current Abuses: A Review of "Terrorism and the Constitution". This is a review of the book Terrorism and the Constitution: Sacrificing Civil Liberties in the Name of National Security. The first edition of this book came out in 1999 and was about anti-terrorism legislation by the Clinton Administration. The second edition looks at the post-9/11 situation.
