My mom has returned home safe and sound from her visit to Minnesota, al-hamdulillah. She says my grandmother is doing pretty well, all things considered. Or as my mom put it, "For someone who's nearly 95, she's in good health" smile

Awhile ago I had requested a copy of my transcript to be sent to the community college for evalutation. I finally received a report saying that my transcript had been evaluated but quite frankly only a computer would understand what all those codes mean. I assume that everything is OK with my coursework or they would have said something but there's no real way to tell that from the baffling report they sent me tongue

I was a bit worried about backlash when I went out today but it wasn't any worse than it usually is, just a few people gave me funny looks. Al-hamdulillah. I hope that other Muslims will find the same thing, inshallah.
