qadarullahi wa maa sha'a fa'ala

Date: August 05, 2002 | 26 Jumada al-Awwal 1423 Hijriah
Subjects: school, paralegal
Not such a tragedy, just that registering for classes isn't doing as well as I hoped. The Civil Rights Law course is already full

What happened is that I called the lady at the paralegal department who is supposed to give me the entry codes that I need to use to register and left a message at around 9:30 a.m. When she hadn't gotten back to me by 3:00 p.m., and I got her voice mail again when I tried calling, I decided to go ahead and register for the classes I could. But one of the two that I thought I could, it turns out that I need a entry code for. And the other is full. Both of the two alternate courses I can sign up for in place of the one that's full require entry codes. So until I get a chance to talk to the lady with the entry codes I'm kind of stuck.

I hope that not all of the classes are full. The thing is, there are probably a lot of new students who aren't even as far along as I am, because we just had the orientation the other week and they may not have applied to the college yet. I wonder if they'll be able to get into any classes either.

I don't know right now what classes I'll be able to take. Inshallah khayr.

Oh, Allah, make me pleased with whatever you have willed for me in this matter.
