Yesterday I downloaded a program called SpyBot Search and Destroy. It finds and removes "spyware", little programs that advertisers secretly download to your computer to track your preferences online. Don't think you have anything like that? Download SpyBot S&D and give it a try. I was astonished at how much spyware was on my computer. You can get the software from this site. It's free. I'm glad I found this program. Advertisers on the web are bad enough without intruding on my hard drive!
