I've sent them an email to find out if they even received my order. The first couple of times that I ordered from Muttaqun I was pleased with their service, but the last few times have not been as good. I probably wouldn't have ordered from them again after the last time, except that they were the only ones that carried a certain book that I wanted. I hope other people have had better experiences with them than I have.
