More accessible to handicapped users, that is. 30 Steps to Make Your Blog More Accessible features tips for blog design that will make it show up better in the special browsers that handicapped people may use. Some of the tips don't apply to Blogger blogs, and others may not apply to your specific blog. But it's worth a read if you're interested in this subject.
