Israeli police stormed a holy site at the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict after Muslim prayers on Friday, firing tear gas, plastic bullets and stun grenades at stone throwers. Worshippers barricaded themselves in two mosques in the walled compound. All comments are copyright their authors

Translated roughly:
"And the Al-Aqsa martyrs!
The Al-Aqsa martyrs!
God is Greatest!
God is Greatest!
There is none worthy of worship except God!"
And the great song by Firqat al-Isra called "Ulluw Sowt" (Raise the Voice)
"Raise the voice raise it!
On the doors of Al-Aqsa pray!
Oh you coward a liberated Jerusalem is only on the one who chooses it, pray!"
I'm getting confused here. Doesn't terrorism have no connection whatsoever to the religion of Islam -- and in fact, is unequivocally rejected and condemned by the overwhelming majority of Muslims everywhere? Does the above not make Yassin nothing but an impostor and an outlaw? Shouldn't peace-loving Muslims rejoice that their fellow People of the Book rid the land of such evil?
Apparently not.

Your comments are simply disingenuous. I have never denied that people who are clerics or hold official religious positions may be terrorists, or justify terrorist acts. What I have always said is that the interpretation of Islam they present is incorrect and I try to present what I believe to be the correct interpretation of Islam. I think you know that very well but of course who ever let the truth stand in the way of a good cheap shot.As for the method of Yassin's death, if he had been arrested, tried, convicted, sentenced to death, and executed I would have no problem with that. What I have a problem with is extrajudicial assassinations, whoever does them.
Still waiting for you to get a clue or a life.

"Cheap shot"? If only. I believe the Hellfire missile is quite expensive. Not as expensive -- directly and indirectly -- as the travesty of a trial would have been, though (not to mention the fact that many more human shields "innocent bystanders" could have died in the course of the arrest). Besides, as you are undoubtedly aware, Israel -- that nexus of genocidal evil in a sea of peaceful goodwill -- does not have a death penalty.
And most important of all: the enemy in a war is not "tried and convicted". It is annihilated.
Subject: Re: Israeli police storm disputed holy site
Yes, I've long noticed that you endorse the same type of tactics (assassinations) and the same type of goals (annihilation of your enemies) as the other side does, only the side that you're on is different.Your point is...?
Subject: Re: Israeli police storm disputed holy site
Ah yes, murdering toddlers in their beds and blowing up elderly folks at celebratory dinners are exactly the same as wasting the evil motherfucker who sends the murderers. Freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength.Evidently, from your side's viewpoint, it is.
Subject: Re: Israeli police storm disputed holy site
I have stated many times that I condemn suicide bombings and other terrorist acts and you know that very well. If you've forgotten, there are links on the veiled4allah page that will take you right to it. In light of that, your comments here are both tedious and laughably wide of the mark. Grow up.
