Kalla bal tukrimuna al-yatim

Nay, but you are not generous to the orphan

The following is an excerpt of commentary on this ayah, from Tafsir Ibn Kathir:

Allah urges us to look after orphans. A hadith says that the best house is the one where an orphan is brought up and supported and the worst house is the one where an orphan is ill-treated. The the Prophet lifted two fingers held together and said, "I and the supporter of an orphan will be like this" (Sunan Abu Dawud)
