When General David Petraeus was getting grilled on Capitol Hill this week, my next guest must've known how he felt. After all, he's been there as well. Wesley Clark is a retired Four-Star General. He was the NATO Supreme Allied Commander during the Kosovo crisis. He ran for the Democratic Presidential nomination back in 2004. He's just published a new book entitled A Time To Lead.
