January straw poll

In the January straw poll at Daily Kos, Feingold surges to overtake Clark with 30%, while Clark drops to 22%. This is actually only a small drop for Clark from November (when he was at 25%) so Feingold picked up a lot of support that was previously given to other candidates or from undecided. This surge reflects some excellent work Feingold has been doing in standing up for civil liberties.

(personally, I like a Clark-Feingold ticket)

Clark Quote

Don't we owe it to ourselves to be all that we can be as a people of faith? To reach out and offer hope and opportunity to the least among us? To preach peace and prosperity and to live equality and justice? (source)
