Clark on Iran again
Video (alternate, QuickTime), Audio (transcript) - Clark says that "we don't want to have to use this military option" because of the consequences of it (such as Iranian retaliation). He says that Iran should give up its nuclear enrichment program and allow UN inspectors in. However, the U.S. approach should involve carrots as well as sticks (i.e., give them a positive reason for giving it up). He again mentions that the consequences of a military attack are unknown and therefore unpredictable.
