Clark on Iraq and other issues

Audio (transcript) - Clark appears on the Ed Schultz radio show. First they discuss Schultz's show being rejected from Armed Forces radio, then have a lengthly discussion about the situation in Iraq, then conclude with a discussion of the indictments in the Plamegate case.

Clark says a number of interesting, and quite outspoken things:

"And of course, there are some people who don't want the troops to be well informed."

"We're scraping by, but the Army'll hang together as long as the president has a strategy." (since he's said that Bush doesn't have a strategy, does this mean that the Army won't hang together?)

"...not a war like this that was an unnecessary war that we were led into by hyped intelligence and and even conspiracy."

Go, Wes, go!

Clark Quote

Don't we owe it to ourselves to be all that we can be as a people of faith? To reach out and offer hope and opportunity to the least among us? To preach peace and prosperity and to live equality and justice? (source)
