Clark on military affairs and Iraq

Video - Clark discusses rumoured withdrawal plans; he says we don't really have a choice because of recruiting problems and overstretch. Also, diplomacy may be the key to victory in Iraq rather than military action. He discusses the security situation in Iraq and with its neighbors and reiterates the importance of diplomacy in working with these countries. He concludes coming back to the troop strength question, saying that the U.S. needs a larger Army but can't even meet recruiting goals for the current size.

Clark Quote

Don't we owe it to ourselves to be all that we can be as a people of faith? To reach out and offer hope and opportunity to the least among us? To preach peace and prosperity and to live equality and justice? (source)
