Clark on Iraq
Video - Clark discusses the situation in Iraq and America's options. He says the political process is not sufficient to end the insurgency and there is a separate problem (he carefully distinguishes them) with terrorism which is coming over the border. The Iraqi army can deal with the insurgents, but need help with terrorism. He stresses that the U.S. troops should stay until "we finish the job", although the security situation may allow a rotation out of some troops. He also says that there shouldn't be a situation where the insurgents appear to have forced the U.S. out.
