Why The Beltway Doesn't Take Wes Clark Seriously - And that is a big mistake

Stirling Newberry at Blogging of the President looks at Clark's netroots support. He references a Daily Kos poll of 13,389 respondents, in which Clark cleaned the floor with the other candidates (second place, ten percentage points behind him, was "No Frickin' Clue"; the next actual candidate is 15 percentage points behind). Clark is doing equally well in a smaller poll of 2,160 respondents at MyDD.

Added: Kos comments on the poll on his site and here's Chris Bowers at MyDD.

Clark Quote

Don't we owe it to ourselves to be all that we can be as a people of faith? To reach out and offer hope and opportunity to the least among us? To preach peace and prosperity and to live equality and justice? (source)
