Clark response to Bush speech on Iraq

Video (alternate, alternate 2) - Eight minute interview on Fox with Clark on Bush's speech (40MB file). He made some great points that really need to be emphasised, especially to Fox viewers. Including: This was an elective war and we are creating terrorists where there wouldn't have been otherwise; we didn't finish the job in Afghanistan before we ran off to Iraq; Iraq was not behind 9/11 and did not have WMDs; we have a recruiting crisis that needs to be resolved; Bush failed to set out a clear plan for success or to explain the disconnect between his Administration's messages and reality; we won't win by military means alone but need to use our allies, diplomacy, and intelligence. And more than that as well. A very strong performance, in my opinion.

Added: Pretty much another "love-fest" at Daily Kos, inspired largely by Clark's response to Bush.

Clark Quote

Don't we owe it to ourselves to be all that we can be as a people of faith? To reach out and offer hope and opportunity to the least among us? To preach peace and prosperity and to live equality and justice? (source)
